If a probate is necessary, we work closely with the Personal Representative to settle the estate. This includes accounting for all assets, paying proper bills, and distributing the assets.

FEE ARRANGEMENTS
Our fees are based upon the time and responsibility involved. Some work is done on an hourly basis. For other matters, a flat fee is appropriate. All fee arrangements are put into writing before any work is started.
