Paul E. Riffel graduated from the University of Stetson College of Law in 1982 and received his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude... He completed his undergraduate work at the University of South Florida. While at Stetson College, Paul was associate editor of the Stetson Law Review. In addition to graduating with honors, Paul received the Freshman Moot Court Outstanding Participant Award and the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Damages.

Paul is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the Bankruptcy Court and Federal Middle District Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar; Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association; Hillsborough County Bar Association; Family Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar.

Paul's experience includes both jury and non-jury trials at both circuit and county court levels. He frequently attends continuing legal education courses to keep abreast of new developments in the law.
